on dean’s list
The following local residents were among more than 1,650 students named to the dean’s list for the 2021 fall semester as of Jan. 25 at The University of Scranton, Scranton.
The dean’s list recognizes students for academic excellence.
A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the dean’s list.
The list includes students from the Jesuit university’s College of Arts and Sciences, Kania School of Management and Panuska College of Professional Studies.
Allentown: Tierney Foschetti, a senior health promotion major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies, George Jenkins, a junior accounting major in the University’s Kania School of Management, Alexander Kichline, a freshman finance major and Andrew Luchansky, a senior business administration major, both in the University’s Kania School of Management, and Margaret Schairer, a freshman early and primary teacher education major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies;
Fogelsville: Lucas Cardiges, a freshman undeclared major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences; and
New Tripoli: Shaelin de Wit, a senior health administration major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies, and Nicole Freeman, a junior biology major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
