Chester W. “Chet” Kinsey Jr., 85, of Breinigsville, died Sept. 19, 2022, at home. He was the husband of Carol A. (Westerman) Kinsey, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Chester Sr. and Gertrude (Bailey) Kinsey.

Before retiring, he worked over 30 years as an electrician for IBEW Local 98.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie.

For nine years, he served with the Army National Guard.

He and his wife enjoyed square dancing and camping throughout the United States and spending time with their many, many friends. He will be greatly missed by his beloved pet Sparky.

He is survived by his wife; son, James; stepson, Terry Harris and his wife, Jackie; daughters, Patricia Appleman and Donna Spause; stepdaughter, Lisa Harris; daughter-in-law, Patricia Silva; brothers, Horace and Wayne; sister, Linda Arcara; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a stepson, Brett Harris; brothers, Robert and Howard “Butch.”

Memorials may be made in his memory to Grace Lutheran Church or L.C. Humane Society c/o the funeral home.
