SEPT. 12

A residential mailbox was damaged in the 400 block of Front Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Silver Manor, 2 Front St.

A firearm was stolen in the 700 block of Limestone Street.

SEPT. 13

Police checked on the welfare of a juvenile in the 200 block of South Front Street.

A 16-year-old male was charged with simple assault and harassment for a reported assault at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.

In the unit block of Covington Place, a disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was investigated.

Officers assisted a citizen at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

SEPT. 14

During a vehicle stop for a traffic violation in the 100 block of Pine Street, the driver was cited.

Juveniles were warned for trespassing in the 200 block of Union Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Walnut Street.

A vehicle was damaged in the 400 block of Front Street.

An assault case, involving juveniles, that occurred at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., is under investigation, the department said.

SEPT. 15

Traffic violations occurred at Chapel and Front streets and at Second and Pine streets, with a verbal warning issued.

Police conducted a welfare check at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

Miscellaneous auto parts were reported taken from the 600 block of Howertown Road.

A warrant service was issued in the unit block of North Fourth Street.

Juveniles were warned for harassment at Walnut and North 14th streets.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Howertown Road.

SEPT. 16

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 700 block of Locust Street and the 1300 block of Third Street.

Fraudulent use of a bank card was investigated in the unit block of Covington Place.

In the 300 block of School Street, a civil matter was investigated.

A juvenile missing from the 200 block of Circle Drive later returned home.

A domestic dispute between a husband and wife occurred in the 400 block of Limestone Street.

SEPT. 17

A parking complaint at Front and Liberty streets was addressed.

A driver was warned at Fifth and Pine streets for a traffic violation.

In the 200 block of Front Street, a disturbance was investigated.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Howertown Road.

Police responded to a noise complaint in the 400 block of Howertown Road.

SEPT. 18

A hit and run that took place at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., is pending further investigation, the department said.

A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of St. John Street.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1000 block of Front Street.

Shawn Peterson, 32, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 100 block of Walnut Street for simple assault and harassment during a domestic disturbance call.
