Press photo by Dana Grubb Housenick Park in Bethlehem Township provides walking trails and opportunities to view wildlife such as deer, blue herons standing in the waters of the Monocacy Creek, eagles flying overhead and smaller creatures such as squirrels and chipmunks. It's also a favorite spot for bird watchers. On a recent walk through the park this squirrel reversed the roles and perched on a fallen tree to view a human with a camera who was visiting the park not far from the Johnston Mansion.
