Terroristic threats
A 41-year-old male, of Macungie, was charged with terroristic threats and harassment after he allegedly sent text messages threatening another person’s life at a residence on Spring Ridge Drive East, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 4.
Retail theft
A man allegedly removed two Yeti coolers, with a total value of $700, from Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Suite 101, Lower Macungie Township, 8:08 p.m. July 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male, described as in his 50s, allegedly placed the coolers in a shopping cart and left the store without paying for the merchandise.
A 23-year-old male, of Breinigsville, was taken into custody after allegedly removing $147.47 in merchandise from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 11:22 a.m. July 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The male allegedly removed bagels, eggs, a kitchen whisk, fruit cups, disposable baby diapers, pet food, toothpaste and toothbrushes, scallops and strawberries.
Theft from a building
A former tenant allegedly removed multiple items from a location in the 4700 block of Kohler Road, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Sept. 3 after a resident realized items were missing from his residence after the former tenant moved out of the residence.
Burglary
Someone entered a residence located along Harwich Court, Lower Milford Township, and removed jewelry, with a total value of $1,200, sometime between June 15 and 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Items taken included a gold necklace valued at $500, a pair of gold and diamond earrings valued at $500 and two sterling silver bracelets, each valued at $100.
Theft
A grill was removed from a location on Springhaven Place, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 8.
A microwave, valued at $400, was removed from a location on Daylily Drive, Upper Milford Township, sometime between June 24 and July 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The theft was reported by Kay Builders Inc., of Allentown.
A resident of Waterford Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned someone removed five gallons of gas from his shed between June 13 and June 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
DUI
A 27-year-old male, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a one-vehicle crash on Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 2:22 a.m. July 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 26-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly was driving under the influence at the intersection of Buckeye Road and Tank Farm Road, Upper Milford Township, 12:22 a.m. June 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft from vehicle
Two children’s outfits and a debit card were removed from a sport utility vehicle at a location on South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 9:53 p.m. July 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Simple trespass
A 52-year-old female allegedly returned to a location in the 4700 block of Kohler Road, Upper Milford Township, after she was evicted, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 6.
