Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

AUG. 25

A juvenile problem in the 600 block of Held Drive was reported.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted at Canal and West 21st streets, Laubach Avenue and East 21st Street, in the unit block of West Fourth Street, the 1700 block of Washington Avenue, the unit block of West 21st Street, the 500, 1000 and 2300 blocks of Main Street, at Main and West Ninth streets and in the 500 block of East 21st Street.

Sgt. Michael Buchanan and K-9 Vito assisted in the search of a vehicle in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

In the 2200 block of Hokendauqua Avenue and the 1800 block of Main Street, civil issues were investigated.

AUG. 26

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1200 block of Main Street and on a male in the 600 block of East Eighth Street.

At East 21st Street and Laubach Avenue, a reportable accident involved two vehicles.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1400 block of Canal Street, the 1800 and 1900 blocks of Main Street, at Laubach Avenue and East 21st Street and in the unit block of East 21st Street.

AUG. 27

A loud music complaint in the 2100 block of Lincoln Ave was addressed.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 900 block of Main Street, at Atlas Lane and East 10th Street, Canal Street and Laubach Avenue and Canal and Stewart streets.

A juvenile problem in the 1400 block of Dewey Avenue was reported.

In the 1700 block of Washington Avenue, a report of disorderly conduct had police at the scene.

AUG. 28

Traffic stops were conducted in the 300 block of East Ninth Street, at Siegfried Avenue and East 21st Street and in the 600 block of Washington Avenue.

Officers assisted a male in the 100 block of Frank Drive and a female in the 200 block of East 19th Street.

AUG. 29

Traffic stops were conducted at Laubach Avenue and East 19th Street, in the unit block of West 21st Street, the 600 block of East 21st Street, at Laubach Avenue and East 21st Street and West 21st and Center streets.

Suspicious activity in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

A neighbor complaint in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was addressed.

Juvenile problems had police in the 500 block of East 19th Street and the 200 block of West 26th Street.

Domestic disputes between a male and a female occurred in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue and the 700 block of East 18th Street.

A disturbance at Czapp Avenue and Vienna Street was investigated.

Officers responded to a hit and run in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue. The driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

AUG. 30

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street, at Stark and Poplar streets, in the 300 block of Main Street, at Main Street and Washington Avenue, in the 600 block of East 21st Street and the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the unit block of West 21st Street.

Officers assisted females in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue and a male in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

A bank account fraud case in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue was investigated.

In the 600 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute took place.

AUG. 31

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1200 block of Canal Street, the unit block of West 21st Street and the 900 block of Main Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and a female at West 21st and Main streets.

A hit and run occurred in the 100 block of Howertown Road. The driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

Officers assisted a male in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

In the 2000 block of Center Street, a juvenile issue had officers at the scene.
