The baked potato crew for the day included Lesha Kershner, of Macungie and Holly Williams, of Emmaus. Baked potato fixings included butter, onion, cheddar cheese, ham, bacon, sour cream, chili and broccoli. The potato was served with a side salad, beverage and dessert.
