Anthony J. Winkelbauer Sr., 87, of Northampton, died at home Sept. 14, 2022. He was the husband of Dolores M. (Hammel) Winkelbauer for 62 years.

Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Rose Winkelbauer.

He was in the U.S. Army.

He was a foreman for the Northampton Water Authority for 45 years and served on the board for 20 years.

He was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was a life member of the Alliance Fire Company.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Mark and companion Vicki, James and Anthony Jr.; a daughter, Christine Grady; three grandchildren, Gianna and Cecelia Winkelbauer and Derrick Russell; nieces; and nephews.
