If there’s one thing we’ve learned through three weeks of football, it’s that there are no spectacular teams this year. Nazareth’s Sonny Sasso gives them the edge over most teams this season, but Emmaus and quarterback Jake Fotta will be able to push anyone.

It’s no surprise the teams with the two best QBs sit atop the poll, but this week brings some opportunities for potential poll havoc.

Freedom and Nazareth square off in a huge EPC showdown, while Parkland and Central Catholic battle it out. Round one of the Bethlehem city rivalry takes place Friday night with Bethlehem Catholic and Liberty locking horns. In the Colonial League, Southern Lehigh enters the poll and gets a feisty Palisades group on deck.
