Simple assault
Susan Huffman, 45, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 3 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1200 block of Trapps Lane, according to Salisbury police. Huffman was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Emil Jackson, 28, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 7 with alleged simple assault and harassment following a disturbance in the 200 block of East Lynnwood Street, according to Salisbury police. Jackson was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
DUI
Sha Kayla Aniya Brown, 22, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 6 with alleged suspicion of driving under the influence and careless driving following a traffic accident in the 1600 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police. Brown was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Jorge Jessey Villamil, 23, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 13 with alleged suspicion of driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person following a traffic stop in the area of East Emmaus Avenue and Linda Lane, according to Salisbury police. Villamil was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Massan Brown, 39, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 7 with alleged suspicion of driving under the influence and related traffic offenses following a traffic stop in the 3100 block of West Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. Brown was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Possession
A 21-year-old person, of Philadelphia, was charged Aug. 12 with alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the parking deck of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.
Scam
A resident of the 1000 block of Wellington Terrace learned he was scammed out of $6,000 in Bitcoin digital currency, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Aug. 3 and is under investigation.
Assist
The Salisbury Township K-9 unit assisted the Borough of Macungie Police Department Aug. 6 with tracking a suspect in an assault in the borough.
