Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?
A. My biggest challenge to date was breaking my collarbone in the fall last year. Not only did it prevent me from playing the rest of the soccer season, it caused me to struggle with little tasks such as writing in school, eating, getting dressed and even sleeping for a few weeks. However, I was given incredible support from great friends and it made me even more excited to play soccer again this year.
Q. For what would you like to be remembered?
A. I would like to be remembered for being the peer, teammate and co-worker that put all of his effort into each goal he had. I hope with that memory, people find me to care for them and their goals as well.
Q. Whom do you admire? Why?
A. I admire Mr. Hahn, my math teacher, soccer coach and listening ear. I strive to be as involved, dedicated and caring as Mr. Hahn is each and every day. Everyone sees Mr. Hahn’s positive spirit and smile, but I truly admire each and every effort he makes to make everyone feel understood in the midst of all of his duties.
Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?
A. Do the little things right and the big things will fall into place.
