Reminder for Lehigh Career and Technical Institute students and parents/guardians: Check out LCTI’s new online uniform store at lcti.estore.shop. Every student has $25 allotted toward his or her uniform purchase.

Scholarships are available for families who need assistance paying for uniforms or tools.

Scholarships cover everything from cosmetology kits and T-shirts to welding jackets and work boots. Apply at lcti.org by Sept. 30.

There is still time to support the CHS varsity football team by purchasing tickets for its upcoming chicken dinner fundraiser.

The ticket cost includes half of a roasted chicken, baked potato and creamed cabbage, all for the low price of just $12 per dinner.

All orders are due by Oct. 24. Checks can be made payable to CHS Booster Club.

Order pickup is scheduled for 3-6 p.m. Nov. 9 in the CHS parking lot.

All CHS junior students who will be driving to and from school are required to have a parking permit. If you plan on driving to school, stop by the CHS main office to pick up your parking permit.

Catasauqua Area School District has open positions for bus and van drivers. Starting pay is $21.88 per hour.

Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and clearances are required.

Possible regular runs are available immediately.
