Kyleigh Straub and Lauren Straub grew up playing soccer together and even in high school at Northampton.

Now both playing in college at the next level, the two sisters will square off against one another on Saturday, Sept. 17, when Kyleigh, playing for Millersville, takes on Lauren, who attends Mansfield.

Kyleigh is in her sophomore season and appeared in two games as a freshman. This season as a sophomore, she’s played in three total games starting in two of them and recording a shot from the midfield and defensive positions.

Lauren, meanwhile, is in her freshman season and has played in three games and has also started two. She’s already recorded a goal with seven shots as a forward. She scored her team’s first goal in a 5-0 win over Salem on Aug. 28.

The game will be at Millersville at 1 p.m.
