State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, is asking for help to identify a vehicle involved in the theft of mail from mailboxes in two residential areas.
According to police, at 9:03 a.m. Aug. 30, Troopers were dispatched to the 5100 block of Arrowhead Drive, North Whitehall Township, for the report of two males in a maroon sedan stealing mail from a mailbox.
Troopers were again dispatched at 10:10 a.m. the same morning to the 7900 block of Saegersville Road, Heidelberg Township, for another report of males in a maroon sedan stealing mail from a mailbox.
Residents in the area who may be a victims of this theft are asked to contact their banks and verify no fraudulent transactions have occurred on their bank accounts, police say.
Anyone with information in regard to this vehicle or the occupants is asked to call state police at 610-861-2026.
