Luther Crest breaks ground for new apartment complex

Luther Crest Senior Living Community residents and Diakon staff had a groundbreaking ceremony Aug. 23 for the new Greenwood Apartment complex in South Whitehall.

The complex will add an additional 71 apartments to the Luther Crest Campus.

Greenwood Apartments will provide an opportunity for more active seniors to live life on their terms.

Current and future residents attended the ceremony in the Crest Hall at the senior living community.

Large monitors were available for the residents to view the groundbreaking as it happened outdoors.
