Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

AUG. 4

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 and 1700 blocks of Main Street, at East 21st Street and Northampton Avenue, at East 23rd and Main streets, at Lincoln Avenue and Lilac Court, in the 1200 block of Canal Street and at West 21st and Center streets.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and on a male in the 2100 block of Line Alley.

A disturbance in the 300 block of Kingsbarn Lane was reported.

AUG. 5

Traffic stops were conducted at Dewey Avenue and East 15th Street, at East 21st Street and Lincoln Avenue and in the 300 block of East 10th Street.

Police assisted a female in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 100 block of Michael Court.

Suspicious activity in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue was investigated.

Officers checked the area in the 200 block of West 14th Street.

AUG. 6

Traffic stops were conducted in the 3000 block of Cherryville Road, the unit block of West 21st Street, at East 10th Street and Wynnewood Drive and at East 10th Street and Northampton Avenue.

Suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported.

Police checked on the welfare of a male at Ninth and Main streets.

Officers assisted a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Police checked the area at Canal and West 14th streets.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 1200 block of Canal Street.

AUG. 7

Noise complaints were addressed at Cherryville Road and West 26th Street and in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue.

Officers assisted a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Police checked the area at the Canal Street boat launch.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 block of Main Street, the 600 block of East 21st Street and at East Eighth and Main streets.

A fireworks complaint in the 400 block of East Fifth Street was filed with the department.

AUG. 8

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1200 block of Main Street, at East 21st Street and Northampton Avenue and in the unit block of West 21st Street.

A juvenile issue brought police to the 2400 block of Main Street.

In the 1300 block of Laubach Avenue, a domestic dispute took place.

AUG. 9

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 900 block of Main Street.

Officers assisted a female in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 block of Main Street, at Main and East Seventh streets and in the 1200 block of Canal Street.

AUG. 10

In the 100 block of West 17th Street, a report of a disturbance was investigated.

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street, at East 21st Street and Northampton Avenue, at Laubach Avenue and Mike Lisetski Drive and in the 300 block of Howertown Road.

Police assisted a female in the 1400 block of Poplar Street.

A reportable accident involving two vehicles took place in the 1200 block of Main Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.
