Northampton Area Public Library: Storytimes will be at farmers market
If you or your kids are missing storytime, check us out at the Bath Farmers Market Sept. 3 and 24.
We will be sharing three stories: 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

The library will be closed Sept. 5 in observance of Labor Day.

The annual basket social is just around the corner!
Presale tickets will be available Sept. 6 through Oct. 6. If you buy three sheets of tickets, you get one free!
Tickets will also be sold 6 p.m. Oct. 7 at the door of Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.
We will accept donations big or small through Oct. 6. Need an idea? Check out our build-a-basket board at the library.

New craft bags are available for pickup every other week on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two per family.
Upcoming crafts include a paper squirrel Sept. 6 and a fox hand puppet Sept. 19.
Registration is required.

An Hour to Kill featuring Medical Maniacs program will be 6 p.m. Sept. 7 on Zoom. Look into doctors, nurses and other medical professionals with a penchant for malfeasance and murder.

The library is planning take-home kits for pickup.
Adults can sign up for an apple Mason jar kit available for pickup Sept. 12.
Teens can register for a do-it-yourself fall scents gel air freshener kit. It will be available for pickup Sept. 19.
Both kits are limited, so register at northamptonapl.org.

Stitch and Chat will still be in person 6 p.m. Sept. 13 but instead of meeting in the community room, we will be meeting at the tables in the main library area.
