Sandra L. Thomas, 76, of Northampton, died Aug. 17, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife the late William L. Thomas.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Ellen (Smith) Roth and the late William Roth.

She was a nurse at the state hospital and provided nursing care as a traveling nurse.

She played bingo at Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Max Achey and Mike Achey and his wife Laurie; a daughter, Sherry Alfaro; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Faryna; several nephews; and the father of her children Max Achey and his wife Jane.

She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Smith.
