Lunch is served as Terry Lipp brings Linda a taco and pierogi fries at Take a Taco at Wells Fargo Festplatz. Owner George Pitsilos began Take a Taco as a restaurant in Whitehall in 1977. Pitsilos closed the restaurant in 1997 and Take a Taco Catering and Food Truck continues to offer tasty options at festivals such as Musikfest, where Take a Taco is marking its 34th consecutive year.

Karla Durn puts in an order at Take a Taco at Wells Fargo Festplatz. Durn works with owner George Pitsilos on Take a Taco's food truck, from which Pitsilos was offering fare on Main Street. “We usually draw a great crowd,” Durn said, adding she was looking forward to that night when the Aardvarks rock band, who have a big following, would be playing nearby. “There will be a lot of enthusiasm tonight.”
