Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., will be holding monthly bingo Aug. 28. Doors will open 1 p.m., and bingo begins 2 p.m.

Refreshments will be available for purchase.

There will also be tricky tray baskets, a gift card raffle, a 50/25/25 raffle and a piggy number. During the last special of the day, the coverall jackpot is being increased to $200.

Bingo players are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to the Whitehall Food Pantry at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.

The men’s breakfast group at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., will next meet 8:30 a.m. Sept. 3 at Hamilton Family Restaurant, 2027 Hamilton St., Allentown.

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., is once again offering aerobic classes.

Karen Hoff is offering 10 weeks of aerobics 6:15-7 p.m. Tuesdays Sept. 13-Nov. 17, with one Wednesday class Oct. 12.

The registration deadline is Sept. 9 or until the maximum number of participants is reached.

There will also be an eight-week beginner low-impact aerobic class 5:30-6 p.m. from Sept. 13 to Nov. 1 in the parish hall.

Registration is required.
