The sunflowers of St. Luke’s

PRESS PHOTO BY LORI PATRICK St. Luke's University Health Network is raising awareness about healthy eating through a partnership with Rodale Institute. St. Luke's Rodale Institute Organic Farm, on 14 acres at St. Luke's Anderson Campus, Route 33 and Freemansburg Avenue, Bethlehem Township, produces 70 varieties of 30 types of produce for St. Luke's cafeterias and a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for St. Luke's employees. Symbolizing the farm's sunny philosophy is a field of sunflowers where, on a recent visit to St. Luke's Anderson Campus, Calvara Campos of Bethlehem took a selfie photo.
