Richard “Buzz” J. Kozo, 74, of Lower Nazareth Township, died Aug. 8, 2022. He was the husband of Carol (Zirko) Kozo for 52 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Francis G. and Anna (Sosnowsky) Kozo.

He was in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He worked in the automotive paint industry for many years. He then worked for St. Luke’s Community Health as a mobile service coordinator for several years.

He was a member of St. Ursula Catholic Church, Bethlehem, where he was a member of the Society of the Holy Name.

He showed his hot rod, “Walter” at many car shows.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Douglas and companion Jo Durfey; a daughter, Kristin Westwood and husband Wil; two grandsons, Mason Westwood and wife Shelly and Jacob Westwood and companion Emma MacIsaac; a brother, Robert Kozo; and two sisters, Barbara Medernach and Suzanne Evans.
