Schnecksville Community Fair announces 37th annual fair winners

After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 37th annual Schnecksville Community Fair finally took place June 21-25 in Schnecksville.

The hard work of more than 100 volunteers brings this fair to life each year.

Nearly 1,200 competitive items, including animals, were entered.

The theme of the fair was, “It’s a Tradition!”

Only one day was marred by rainy weather, but the rest of the week was pleasant.

Almost 14,000 fairgoers attended the fair’s five-day run, with the largest crowd being on Friday, which was fireworks night.

Daily entertainment included “Wolves of the World,” Brad Matchett, Comedy Hypnotist, Agricadabra, Gravity Line Forge, and Masters of the Chainsaw Competition.

In the Exhibit Hall, blue, red and white ribbons adorned the winner’s entries in the 16 non-animal departments.
