Regina “Gigi” Gestl, 57, of Bethlehem, died on August 2, 2022. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Russell Gestl and the late Frances M. (Ender) Gestl.

She was a 1983 graduate of Salisbury HS. She was a Pennsylvania State University graduate.

She was a mental health worker for children at KidsPeace until her early thirties, when multiple sclerosis prevented her from working any longer.

She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

In addition to her father, she is survived by five siblings, Russell Gestl and wife Gail, John Gestl and wife Coleen, Joseph Gestl and wife Sandra, Mary Agnes “Meg” Todd and husband Frank and Robin Garcia and husband Ivo; 14 nieces and nephews, Derek Gestl, Amanda Gestl (Alec Jenkins), Jessica Gestl, Cristine Gosch (Donnie), John Russell Gestl, Paul Gestl, Alia Gestl, Michele Todd, Andrew Todd (Genova), Colette Todd, Aijah Garcia, Atticus Garcia, Brianna Garcia, Justin Garcia; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews, Harleigh and Jude Gosch, Stella and Beau Todd, Jamison and Leighanna Todd and Brader Jenkins.
