Paulette C. (Bovankovich) Henry, 80, of Lehighton, formerly of Emmaus, died Aug. 2, 2022, in St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald N. “Pete” Henry. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Josephine (Gasper) Bovankovich.

She worked for Rodale Press for many years, retiring in 1999.

She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, the beach, playing dominos, sewing, crafts and reading to the children. She had a great sense of humor.

She is survived by children, Donna Auman, of Celebration, Fla., Lori, of Lehighton, Karen and her husband, Anthony Kroboth, of Lehighton, Eric and his wife, Renee, of Allentown; grandchildren, Andrea, Marissa, Jill, Rachel, Benjamin; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Paula Boyer, of Alburtis. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Laura.
