Terroristic threats
A motorist allegedly threatened a Trexlertown driver near Chick-fil-A, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 6:11 p.m. May 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The Trexlertown driver told police he argued with another motorist near the restaurant’s parking lot and the unknown driver allegedly displayed a handgun and made threats before fleeing the scene.
Identity theft
A resident of the 4800 block of Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, learned his personal information was used to open multiple bank accounts, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The accounts were closed and no funds were lost. The incident was reported April 28.
A resident of Beech Lane, Lower Macungie Township, learned a bank credit account was opened in her name and an unknown person used $7,322.34 for an Airbnb transaction, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The account was closed. The incident happened between April 26 and May 11.
A resident of the 6300 block of Manzanita Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned her personal information was used to open three bank accounts, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 25.
A resident of Charles Road, Upper Milford Township, learned a bank account was opened using his personal information without his authorization May 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 1.
A resident of Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned her personal information was used to file an unemployment claim after she was notified of the attempted claim by her employer, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 8.
A resident of Dubonnet Drive, Lower Macungie Township, discovered numerous credit cards opened in her name, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The credit card accounts were not activated and the accounts were closed without financial loss to the resident. The incident was reported March 2.
A resident of Meadowview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, discovered someone attempted to open a credit card account using the resident’s personal information, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 7.
A resident of the 2400 block of Steeplechase Drive, Lower Macungie Township, discovered an AT&T account was hacked, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 10.
Disorderly conduct
A 21-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly walked in traffic and sat in the roadway while troopers were investigating at a traffic accident scene at Hamilton Boulevard and Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:38 p.m. May 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Investigators found the female was not directly involved in the accident and was creating a hazard.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle
A 43-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly removed a vehicle and three firearms from family members who reside at a location on Elbow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 6.
DUI
A 34-year-old male, of Gaithersburg, Md., was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after state troopers stopped for a motorist seen outside of his vehicle allegedly urinating on the roadway in the 200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus Borough, 1:05 a.m. July 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 30-year-old male, of Emmaus, was allegedly found to be driving under the influence after a traffic stop at East Main Street/State Avenue, Emmaus Borough, 2:19 a.m. July 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 34-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Chestnut Street and South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Emmaus Borough, 1:49 a.m. June 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A male motorist, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at Church Lane and Oak Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 9:16 p.m. June 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 32-year-old female, of Wescosville, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Par Causeway and Bogie Avenue, Lower Macungie Township, 1:40 a.m. June 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 45-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after troopers responded to a hit-and-run accident on Fish Hatchery Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:50 p.m. May 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft from vehicle
A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle parked at a location along Colebrook Avenue, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 7.
Retail theft
An employee at Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, Lower Macungie Township, observed one woman enter the store on two different occasions and remove a total of $1,624 worth of merchandise, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The thefts were reported 4:11 p.m. June 7.
An unknown person removed $718 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 5:56 p.m. May 7.
A female allegedly removed items from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between Feb. 2 and May 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Store video surveillance showed self-checkout registers were used in the alleged thefts.
A male suspect allegedly removed several items from Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103 and DSW shoe store, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 107, Lower Macungie Township, April 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male was seen in the area in a silver Ford Fusion.
A 59-year-old male, of Trexlertown, was arrested for alleged retail theft at Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 10:41 a.m. April 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown female allegedly removed merchandise valued at $410.67 by under ringing miscellaneous items at Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between Jan. 1 and March 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 21-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly removed two sets of baby outfits, valued at $11.96 and two DVD movies, valued at $10, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5 p.m. April 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
