Moore Township is holding an electronics recycling day 9-11 a.m. Aug. 6.

This event is for Moore Township and Chapman Borough residents only, and proof of residency is required.

Christ United Church of Christ, Little Moore, 913 S. Mink Road, is planning a summer barbecue dinner 4-7 p.m. Aug. 20.

Dinner choices are half of a chicken or a pork barbecue. The children’s meal includes a hot dog and macaroni and cheese.

Takeout will be available.

There will also be a Chinese auction, cake walk, raffles, games and music from Moonlight Memories deejay.

The dinner will be held rain or shine.

Advance tickets are required. The deadline for tickets is Aug. 12.
