Mia Grace Due, 16, died unexpectedly July 31, 2022.
She was a daughter of Christopher and Michele Due of Whitehall.
She excelled in classes at Whitehall High School and was involved in numerous clubs, including the Interact Club, Zephyr Nation, Serve Club and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She aspired to be either a dermatologist or a pediatric dentist.
She was a store clerk at Aerie in the Lehigh Valley Mall, where she truly loved working.
She loved all things sweet (especially candy, snow cones and red velvet crinkle cookies), soccer, shopping, fitness, party planning, goats and especially her friend and family time.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Cassie and Maggie Due of Whitehall; future brother-in-law, Nicholas Kauffman of Whitehall; four grandparents, Pamela and Russell Kline of Lewes, Del., and John and Gwen Mace of Whitehall; a great-grandmother, Marie Shelton of Lake Worth, Fla.; aunts; uncles; great-aunts; great-uncles; and cousins.
She was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Linda and Richard Due; and a maternal grandmother, Nancy Hendershot.
There will be two viewings: 5-8 p.m. Aug. 5 and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Aug. 6. A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 6. All are scheduled at St. John the Baptist Church, 3024 S. Ruch St., Whitehall.
