Richard A. Grimshaw, 66, of Walnutport, died July 21, 2022, in his home.
Born in Ludlow, Mass., he was the son of Beatrice O. (Chaput) of Allentown and the late Henry J. Grimshaw Sr.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War era.
A member of UAW Union Local 677, he was a material technician at Mack Trucks Inc., Macungie, for 30 years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Ian M. Grimshaw with Sara of Charleston, S.C., and Justin M. Grimshaw with Julia of Center Valley; five siblings, Henry “Bud” Grimshaw Jr. with Donna of Salisbury Township, Judy Grimes with Michael of Florida, Donna Pfneisel with Frank of Center Valley, Carol Hamory with Henry of Salisbury Township and Pam Lewis of Northampton; two grandchildren, Justin Jr. and Evelyn; and the mother of his children, Rose Grimshaw.
A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
