Paul E. Schmoyer, 83, of Moore Township, died July 23, 2022, at home. He was the husband of MaryAnn (Milkovits) Schmoyer for 47 years but were together for 61 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Earl and Mae (Renner) Schmoyer.

He served his country in the U.S. Army.

He retired from Bethlehem Steel after 30 years as a crane operator and heat treater.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Anthony Schmoyer and his wife Mary; two stepdaughters, Yvonne Corrow and Mary Kichline and husband Tom; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be 1 p.m. July 30 on the family farm, 480 Rabbit Road, Bath.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
