At Howertown Road and East Fourth Street, a tractor-trailer struck a stop sign and left the scene.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1500 block of Main Street.

Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

JUNE 28

Police assisted a male in the 1000 block of Main Street and a female in the 100 block of West 30th Street.

Disorderly conduct in the 2000 block of Cherryville Road was reported.

In the 400 block of East Fifth Street, officers investigated a neighbor issue.

A report of criminal mischief - a legally parked vehicle spray-painted with a black line across both passenger-side doors - in the 700 block of Washington Avenue was filed with the department.

At Cherryville Road and 28th Street, a reportable accident involved one vehicle.

In the unit block of West Seventh Street, a domestic dispute took place.

JUNE 29

Juvenile problems had police in the 500 block of East Ninth Street and the unit block of West 10th Street.

A report of harassment in the unit block of Horwith Drive was addressed.

A report of unemployment fraud was investigated in the 300 block of East 10th Street.

Officers responded to a report of littering in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue.

JUNE 30

A disturbance in the 100 block of East Fourth Street was investigated.

Police assisted a female in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of males in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue.

A neighbor complaint was investigated in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.

Traffic stops were conducted at Ninth and Main streets, in the unit block of West 21st Street, at East 19th and Main streets, in the 400 block of East 10th Street and at Canal and West 21st streets.

A male shoplifting at Rite Aid, 1620 Main St., was reported.

JULY 1

Traffic stops took place in the 2100 and 2400 blocks of Main Street, at Center and West 21st streets, the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue, at Center and West 21st streets and at East Ninth and Main streets.

At East Ninth Street and Siegfried Avenue, a reportable accident involved two vehicles.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue and on a female in the 600 block of Banks Street.

JULY 2

A noise complaint in the 1600 block of Main Street was reported.

Suspicious activity - three juveniles looking into cars - in the 100 block of West 30th Street was investigated.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A traffic stop was conducted at Main Street and Cedar Alley.

Police assisted a male in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

JULY 3

Police assisted a male in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

In the 600 block of East Eighth Street, a domestic dispute between two males took place.

Noise complaints in the 200 block of East 21st Street, at Diamond and Third streets and in the 2100 block of Main Street were investigated.

A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street.

Officers responded to a civil issue in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

JULY 4

Noise complaints were addressed in the 900 block of Washington Avenue, the 1200 block of Newport Avenue, the 600 block of Banks Street and the 100 block of West 14th Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 block of Main Street, the 1200 block of Newport Avenue and the 300 block of East 15th Street.

Police checked the area at West 14th and Canal streets and at the Canal Street boat launch.

JULY 5

In the 2300 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute occurred.

Officers assisted a male in the 2400 block of Dewey Avenue.

A civil matter in the 2200 block of Main Street took place.

Police responded to a reported disturbance in the 2300 block of Main Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 2000 block of Main Street and at Canal and West 14th streets.

A black mountain bike with green stickers was reported taken from a porch in the 800 block of Main Street.
