Tyler Ryan Brotzman, 21, of Walnutport, was charged June 5 with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Melrose Lane, according to Salisbury police. Brotzman was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1600 block of 33rd Street SW, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 7 and is under investigation.

Theft

An orange and black Nishiki mountain bicycle, valued at $500 and a BMX SE bicycle with black and blue handle bars, valued at $700, were removed from Lindberg Park, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 14 and is under investigation.

A resident of the 1600 block of 33rd Street SW learned unauthorized purchases were made using her credit card, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 7 and is under investigation.

Scam

A resident of the 1700 block of South Albert Street purchased gift cards and provided card access information to an unknown party, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 13 and is under investigation.
