Students who are registered members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4456 Main St., Egypt, are eligible to apply for an Albert Neupauer Scholarship to attend any Catholic high school in the Diocese of Allentown.
The deadline to apply is July 24. Call the parish office, 610-262-9315, to request a scholarship application.

Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church will hold its church picnic noon July 31 under the pavilion at Egypt Memorial Park, 4548 Main St.
The picnic will be preceded by a church service 10:15 a.m.
The church will provide hot dogs. Attendees should bring a salad, dessert or casserole to share as well as beverages and chairs for your family.

Dirty Roxx will be playing a classic rock concert 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at the Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars headquarters, 5209 Springmill Road.
The concert is open to the public.
Admission is free for Egypt VFW members. Nonmembers pay a small donation toward a veteran in need.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
