Terroristic threats
A 40-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was threatened with a gun when an argument escalated at a location on Congdon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 10:11 p.m. June 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. No shots were fired and no injuries were sustained during the incident, according to authorities.
A person allegedly threatened a group of people in the 2000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 7:39 p.m. June 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The person was later apprehended, according to authorities.
Simple assault
A male resident of Port Reading, N.J., was taken into custody for simple assault and terroristic threats after he allegedly threatened and cut another person with a knife at a location in the 8100 block of Heritage Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 11:20 a.m. June 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly started an argument with the other person and told the person they both would be dead by that night, according to authorities. The male also allegedly pushed the other person down a set of stairs at the location, according to authorities.
DUI
A 49-year-old female, of Emmaus, was found to be allegedly driving under the influence at a traffic stop at East Harrison Street and Alpine Circle, Emmaus Borough, 1:37 a.m. June 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Retail theft
Three females allegedly removed $25 worth of merchandise from Five Below, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 106, Lower Macungie Township, 5:03 p.m. June 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The females allegedly fled the area in a gray Mitsubishi Lancer displaying Pennsylvania registration LRY9223. Anyone with information regarding the incident may contact state police at 610-395-1438.
A male wearing a black Nike jacket with green and red sleeves, black shorts and sandals allegedly removed a 50-inch television, valued at $250, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:46 p.m. June 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Three males allegedly removed $1,400 worth of merchandise from Rite Aid drugstore, 6822 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 4:50 and 5:18 p.m. June 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Dog law violation
A 44-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly allowed her dog to attack another dog and its owner as well as another person who tried to help at a location along Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, June 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft of motor vehicle
An unlocked and running motor vehicle was removed from a location in the 3000 block of Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 7:01 p.m. June 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft of wallet
A resident of Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, discovered a wallet was taken between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. June 15 while the resident was at the Hamilton Crossings retail complex, Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resident received notification that multiple credit cards from the wallet were used fraudulently.
A resident of North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, discovered a wallet was taken and credit cards from the wallet were used at multiple stores, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The theft was reported June 15.
