Simple assault
Jody Lynn Jacobs, 52, of Allentown, was charged May 31 with alleged simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment after an incident in the 1300 block of Garden Avenue, according to Salisbury police. Jacobs was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Terroristic threats
Almalik Jackson, 23, of Allentown, was charged May 31 with alleged terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and unauthorized use of an automobile after an incident in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
DUI
Kristine Horn, 51, of Allentown, was charged June 2 with allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving after a motor vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police. Horn was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Fugitive from justice
Franklin Dossett, 25, of Florida, was charged May 27 as an alleged fugitive from justice after it was determined he was a wanted person from the State of Florida while a patient at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury Police. Dossett was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Theft
A bicycle was taken from a location in the 1200 block of Garden Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 30.
An Apple iPhone 13 was removed from Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 31.
Two benches were removed from South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 26.
A resident in the 500 block of Oak Mill Road discovered a package containing a wood chipper was to have been delivered but did not arrive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 28.
Possession
A 33-year-old female, of Macungie, was charged May 30 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Interstate 78, according to Salisbury police.
Harassment
A 19-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 31 with alleged harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
Disorderly conduct
A 27-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 31 with alleged disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at Dunkin’, 3111 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.
A 16-year-old-male was charged June 1 with alleged disorderly conduct after a disturbance at Salisbury High School, according to Salisbury police
A 17-year-old-male and a 15-year-old-male were charged May 24 with alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Salisbury High School, according to Salisbury police.
Criminal mischief
An act of criminal mischief was done to a vehicle while it was parked in the 1600 block of Riverside Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 3.

A softball shed and a baseball field backdrop were damaged with spray paint at Laubach Park, Lehigh Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 25.
Fraud
A complainant was advised a camera was purchased using his Amazon account, according to Salisbury police. He called the number provided and was told to purchase five gift cards and forward them to the caller to have the issue resolved. The complainant realized the fraud and contacted police.
Missing firearm
A resident of the 3700 block of Fox Run Drive discovered a rifle was missing or stolen from his home, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 22.

A 13-year-old-female was referred to the Community Justice Panel following an incident at the Arts Academy Charter School May 23, according to Salisbury police.
A 17-year-old-female was referred to the Community Justice Panel following an incident at Salisbury High School May 26, according to Salisbury police.
