Francis “Fritz” W. Miller, 91, of Bethlehem and formerly Naples, Florida, died July 3, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of the late Anthony and Lottie (Diehl) Miller.He was the husband of Elsie J. (Schrampf) Miller for 62 years.

He graduated as the 1948 class president from Catasauqua H.S.

He was in the U.S. Coast Guard.

He created several large housing developments throughout the Lehigh Valley and constructed over 1,000 homes. He built and operated the former Olde World Inn restaurant.

He was a 17-year member of the First National Bank of Bath board of directors.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lisa Miller Fox and her husband Michael; a son, David and wife Debra; three grandchildren, Alexander DeNagy and partner Lyall Glait and Katie Miller and Ross Miller; and two step granddaughters, Kate and Emma Fox.

He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Miller.
