Barry Isett & Associates, Inc., an engineering firm with headquarters in the Lehigh Valley and seven other offices in Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, has eight new associates in three departments, including Code Inspection and Plan Review; Municipal, Water and Wastewater; and Forensic Engineering.

Sean Braddock, MCP, BCO, of Carlisle, is a Code Specialist, serving the firm’s Capital Region office. He comes to Isett with 15 years of experience in construction and 12 years as an electrician, in addition to having served as plans examiner, building inspector, and zoning officer for local communities. Braddock has numerous International Construction Code (ICC) and Uniform Construction Code (UCC) certifications. Since joining Isett, he has focused on plans examinations, on-site inspections and corresponding with applicants and designers.

Kevin Thomas, of Bethlehem, is a Staff Engineer to the Municipal, Water & Wastewater department based in the Lehigh Valley. Previously of Boucher and James, Inc., Thomas has experience in site design and land development projects, construction administration, project oversight, and client management. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Minor in Environmental Engineering, and an Associate in Architectural Engineering Technology.

Emily Lehman, of Philadelphia, joined the Municipal, Water & Wastewater department as a Staff Engineer and is based out of the Phoenixville office. She recently graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Physics and Environmental Science. Lehman has been providing support on municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) projects.

Joseph Franzone, MCP, of Slatington, is a Code Specialist serving the Lehigh Valley region. He has almost 20 years of experience in construction with a focus on residential properties and numerous ICC certifications. A graduate of Lehigh Carbon Community College, Franzone has an Associate of Science in Construction Management.

Brooke Koelle, of Allentown, joined the Forensics Engineering Department as an Administrative Assistant. She is experienced in a variety of administrative and property service roles, having recently worked for Jaindl Properties, Allentown. Since joining Isett, Koelle has focused on document management, data entry and research projects in support of the Forensics team.

Rock Stahovic, EIT, LEED AP, of Wilkes-Barre, is Operations Manager of the Municipal, Water & Wastewater team based in Isett’s Wyoming Valley region. Previously of Greenman-Pedersen Inc., Stahovic has more than 18 years of experience and holds particular expertise in stormwater management, AutoCAD, and civil engineering. Stahovic has a B.S. in Civil Engineering through The Pennsylvania State University.

Mike Cosentino, Jr., BCO, of Newtown Square, is a Code Specialist based in the Phoenixville office. He was a code official for Darby Borough where he assisted with code enforcement, administrative, and zoning. At Isett, he has focused on rental inspections and property maintenance for various communities.

Mike George, of Drums, is a Code Specialist based in the Lehigh Valley office. He previously was a police officer in Freeland Borough, in addition to owning his own personal training and landscaping businesses. George has a B.S. in Kinesiology through Temple University and completed the Municipal Police Office Training Course at Lackawanna College.
