Student art on display at school expos

By BERNADETTE SUKLEY

Special to The Press

May was the month for art in Northwestern Lehigh School District.

Concerts, drama and artwork events were held at the high school and the middle school.

Art expos displayed the work of students.

These creations were submitted by teachers and staff who felt the work and talent were exceptional and should be showcased for the community to see.

Parents, teachers, staff and students were invited to the high school’s Art Exhibition on May 12 and the middle school’s art expo on May 26.

Isabella Teprovich, senior, created this wildlife totem pole sculpture which was on display at the high school art expo.
