Eugene W. “Moe” Hamm Jr., 63, of Allentown, formerly of Palmerton, died July 1, 2022, in ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Allentown.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Eugene W. Hamm Sr. and the late Pearl G. (Berger) Hamm.

He was a graduate of Palmerton High School.

He was a member of Living Hope Lighthouse Church, Palmerton.

His survivors include his brothers David L. (Donna M.) Berger of New Tripoli, and LeRoy R. (Bonnie) Berger of Lebanon; sisters Darlene A. Weisser of Wagoner, Okla., Anna M. Berger of Belpre, Ohio, Carolyn Shay and Evelyn Barber, both of Scranton, Marion Baus-Imbody of Philadelphia, Eleanor Marchetti of Sugarloaf, and Barbara Jackson of Orange Park, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his son, Edwin Laubach Jr., and brothers, Russell Berger Sr., Alvin Hamm, Edward and Paul Berger, and Richard Hamm.

There will be a graveside service 11 a.m. on July 9 at Dinkey Memorial Cemetery, 1742 Dinkey Road, Ashfield, PA 18212.

In his memory, wear a favorite sports/racing attire to his service.
