The Salisbury Township Police Department is investigating a report of a gunshot fired from inside a residence in the 900 block of Miller Street, according to a media release from the department dated June 29.

The event is detailed as follows:

The incident occurred about 5:24 a.m. June 29.

Officers on scene determined a single gunshot was fired from inside a residence and that the bullet exited through a window.

Investigators did not locate any additional property damage and no injuries were reported, according to authorities.

The shot was deemed by police to be an isolated incident with no threat to the public present.
