The Crazy Quilters Quilt Guild meets 6:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 4601 Tilghman St., Allentown. Guild members Vicki Pede, Kathy Moore and Sue Marin will present “Elegantly Pleasing Pastime,” a program on English paper piecing, much more than the Grandmother’s Flower Garden pattern. The program will present some EPP history, different shapes and ways of using them and how to store all those little pieces. There is a small fee for nonmembers. Grace Lutheran Church, 28 W. Main St., Macungie, will hold a weekly free food distribution 2-4 p.m. every Wednesday in July. Also 2-4 p.m. July 13, 20 and 27. Signs will be posted to direct guests where to park and which door to use to pick up food.
July 8
Grace Lutheran Church, 28 W. Main St., Macungie, will hold its monthly drive-up/take-out free community meal 4-5:30 pm. Meal will consist of sausage with peppers and onions, roll, pasta salad and cookies.
Seth Witcher will perform 6:30-8:30 p.m. as part of Tunes on the Triangle, Triangle Park, Main Street, Emmaus.
