Deputy Sheriff Stephen Tuxhorn and his K-9 partner, Boomer, celebrate after placing first in the explosive detection event at the recent East Coast K-9 Trials, held at the Charles Chrin Community Center, Palmer Township, with 10 different law enforcement agency K-9 units participating.
