Coplay’s Parkway Pool opens June 18.

The June and August pool hours are set for noon-7 p.m. The July hours are noon-8 p.m.

The popular Aqua Zumba classes will return 6-7 p.m. June 20. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays.

Reminder: Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St., has announced its Friday night concerts. Doors open 5 p.m.

Upcoming entertainment includes Dirty Roxx, June 17; Chelsea Lyn Meyer, June 24; American Street Band, July 1; and Ricky and the Rebels, July 8.

The Saengerbund is also planning its annual Stiftungsfest 2:30 p.m. June 26 in celebration of its 105th birthday. The Saengerbund Chorus has the Reading Leiderkranz Chorus and the Lancaster Leiderkranz Hobby Choir lined up to perform.

There will be a basket social June 19 at American Club of Coplay, 300 Cherry St.

Doors open 11 a.m., and the drawing is 3 p.m. The event will benefit Brindle Buddies and Friends animal rescue.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St., is planning its Vacation Bible School, scheduled 6:30-8:30 p.m. July 18-22. It is open to all kids in preschool through sixth grade.
