Simple assault

Richard Weiss, 58, of Allentown, was charged May 19 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1400 block of Salisbury Road, according to Salisbury police. Weiss was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Possession

A 24-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged May 25 with alleged possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.

A 21-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 21 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

A 23-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 18 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and a traffic offense following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 2800 block of South Pike Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 11 and remains under investigation.
