Parents/guardians will receive a letter in the mail this summer that will remind them to go online and update their child’s information. This will include all phone numbers, emergency contacts and numbers, email addresses, text numbers and permission for field trips and photos for the 2022-23 school year. Please read the information carefully and update your child’s information.
Parents are able to utilize the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access student information, such as grades and attendance. Single sign-on access allows parents to have one PowerSchool parent portal account for all of their children in one place using their individual Access ID and password.
If you move within the Whitehall-Coplay School District, you must provide a new proof of residency to the registrar at the transportation building. Contact Michelle Khouri at 610-437-4780, ext. 1014.
If you are changing bus stops for the 2022-23 school year, notify the bus transportation office at 610-437-4780 by July 8.
The administration and teachers are currently making plans for placement of all students into classes for next year. Much time and effort is used to arrive at “teachable” combinations of students according to levels of students, personalities, number of students, needs of students, etc. The placement is a heterogeneous group of children in each classroom.

The students will have the opportunity to tour the Cedar Crest hospital and MedEvac helicopter and will be certified in CPR and first aid. Camp will be hosted 8 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Aug. 17-19 in Allentown.
Visit the district’s counseling website under Summer Opportunities for the link to more information and to register for the camp.
