The Emmaus Rotary Club will host the annual Flag Day celebration 6 p.m. in the Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park, 1389 Shimerville Road, Emmaus. Ryan K. Schnake, associate pastor of the Concordia Lutheran Church and chaplain, U.S. Army Reserves, Nathan Brown, Emmaus Mayor Lee Ann Gilbert and musical presentations. The Emmaus Historical Society will hold its annual member picnic at the Moser Pavillion at Emmaus Community Park 5:30 p.m. The society will supply the entrees and drinks. Lehigh Carbon Community College will host the 18th annual LCCC Foundation Scholarship Clay Shoot at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays in Coplay. Registrations are open to the public and are now being accepted. All proceeds for this event will benefit students in the college’s workforce programs, advanced manufacturing, CDL, trade and certificate training including students who are active military or veterans. Entry includes 100 rounds of clay shooting, shells for the event, continental breakfast, awards and Pig Roast lunch. The Emmaus Garden Club is hosting a garden tour of seven local gardens 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.
