Frank “Bulldog” W. Blatnik Jr., 66, of Bethlehem, died June 2, 2022. He was a son of the late Theresa A. (Brauchle) and Frank W. Blatnik Sr. He was the husband of Margaret M. (Klemer) Blatnik for 38 years.

He was a Freedom HS graduate.

He was a member of the U.S. Air Force.

He worked at the Bethlehem Steel and at Taylor-Wharton. He retired from Allentown State Hospital where he held multiple positions.

He was a member of the Hellertown American Legion and other private social clubs in Bethlehem. He coached his son’s youth sports teams.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Frank W. III; a grandson, Tyler James Blatnik; a sister, Barbara Ann (Blatnik) Curry and her husband Robert; best friend, Rich Spevak and Barbara McCarroll; and a step-grandson, Jayden Keeling.

He was predeceased by a cousin, Carol Morse of Toledo, Ohio.

Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
