May 22 and 23 was one for celebration as the 2022 Confirmation class at the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit affirmed their baptisms. Confirmands were joined by families and friends on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday students presented the projects they designed to describe their personal journey of faith and how they have brought service to their community. In recent years, this has happened on Zoom, But this year, the confirmands and their families were excited to gather together in person to celebrate this wonderful achievement.
On Sunday, each confirmand received an official certificate of Affirmation of Baptism signed by senior Pastor Ric Elliott as well as a Bible and devotional from the church.
