Paw Prints on the Canal will be 11 a.m.-4 p.m. June 12 at Canal Street Park.

Rescue groups and vendors will be present for the festival. Highlights of the day include a sharp-dressed pet contest, microchipping clinic, raffles and entertainment by a deejay.

Reminder: If you ordered doughnuts from Grace United Church of Christ for its fundraiser for National Doughnut Day, which is June 3, pickup is set for 4-6 p.m. June 2 and 8 a.m.-noon June 3 at the church, 902 Lincoln Ave.

Orders were due by May 22.

Northampton Farmers Market is now open for the 2022 season. The market is held 3-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays. It will continue through September at Municipal Park, Smith Lane and Laubach Avenue.
