Moore Elementary School’s spring carnival is planned for 4-8 p.m. May 27 on the elementary school campus.

Northampton Area School District will be closed May 30 for the Memorial Day holiday. Have a safe and happy weekend with family and friends.

There will be a noon dismissal June 1 for elementary students.

The last day of school is June 2, with a dismissal time of noon for all students.

Report cards will become available June 8.

Graduation is set for 7:30-9 p.m. June 3 at Al Erdosy Stadium on the NASD campus. There are two rain dates - June 4 and June 5 - with the same time and location.

NASD has online kindergarten and first grade registration open for the 2022-23 academic year. To register your child online, visit nasdschools.org, click on Enroll Now, continue to the 2022-2023 Kindergarten Registration link and follow the directions.

When registering your child for kindergarten, he or she must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1. When registering for first grade, your child must be 6 years old on or before Sept. 1. Children currently enrolled in kindergarten in NASD do not need to register for first grade.

There are health requirements to register. There are also other requirements to enroll, such as proof of residency, identification and more.
